The Messenger of Allah (s.a.w.a.) informed: The first inhabitants of the heavens to take Ali b. Abi Talib as a brother, were Israfil, then Mikaeel, and then Jibraeel. The first ones to love him were the carriers of the Throne, then Rezwan, the keeper of Paradise, and then the angel of death.

The angel of death is as merciful to those who love Ali b. Abi Talib as he is to the prophets.
